maple はインディーズ・オリジナル漫画専用のサイトです

maple は、作家ご本人またはその正式な権利継承者がアップロードした、オリジナル作品・二次利用フリーの作品のみを掲載することを方針とするプラットフォームです。他者が著作権を保有する既存の商業作品（大手出版社の連載作品など）を、権利者の許諾なく掲載することは、運営方針として禁止しています。

万が一、権利侵害コンテンツを見つけた場合

運営側で全ての投稿を事前に確認することはできません。もし、ご自身が権利を持つ作品が無断で掲載されていると思われる場合は、下記の通報フォームからご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、該当コンテンツを速やかに削除するなど、適切に対応します。

本方針は、米国デジタルミレニアム著作権法（DMCA）および日本の「特定電気通信役務提供者の損害賠償責任の制限及び発信者情報の開示に関する法律（プロバイダ責任制限法）」の考え方に沿って運用しています。運営者は、投稿者が規約に違反してアップロードしたコンテンツについて、本方針に基づき迅速に対応することで、適用法令上認められる限りにおいて責任の軽減を図るものとします。

maple only hosts original works and works freely licensed for reuse, uploaded by the creator themselves or their authorized rights holder. Uploading existing commercial works owned by others (such as serialized works from major publishers) without the rights holder's permission is against our platform policy.

If you find content that infringes your rights

We cannot review every submission in advance. If you believe content you hold the rights to has been posted without authorization, please contact us through the report form below. We will review the report and act promptly, including removing the content where appropriate.

This policy is operated in line with the principles of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Japan's Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers and the Right to Demand Disclosure of Identification Information of the Senders (Provider Liability Limitation Act). By responding promptly under this policy to content uploaded by users in violation of our terms, the operator seeks the protection available under applicable law.
